Versaworks. Postscript. Cut order.

Does anyone know how to strip the postscript cut order out of a file (specifically from Illustrator)? When you cut vinyl, the order that items get cut in is typically determined by what order they were created the page, so you end up with the blade spending time jumping around on the media cutting different areas. Is there anyway when outputting a file to remove this information and allow the RIP to cut efficiently?See More

"I made the horizontal adjustment but the result is even worse. attached a test print, the horizontal adjustment, bias, vertical and bi-directional test. How can I solve this misalignment of the blue? There is any alignment procedure I can do?"

irving donaldson replied to moreno's discussion Roland xc-540 Bi-Directional Adjustment problem
"well you changed the head and never did the alignment after the alignment, then you need to do the bi direction in service mode, then user mode My suggestion is to get a tech, or read up on the bias and horizontal adjustments in service mode"
