WHen I look at this job...I see a lot of waste.  Are you getting the in the price of the job the cost of the wastes as well?

years of experience...you will get better results in peeling off the backing if you apply transfer tape, then FLIP the material over and pull off the BACKING instead of peeling back the transfer tape...less problems with lettering remaining on the backing and no chance of wrinkles on large images.

Maybe a crazy question but, are you not using your center guide rollers ? I thought you needed them on each blue space where the material was under???
