you will need a tech to reset your machine to max inkset. call me 518-630-6655

needs to be eco sol max to get all of the profiles - what ink are you using?

Machine says eco sol

Check your machine to see if it shows eco sol max or eco sol.

Also, I've noticed I have a folder on my computer that contains some print profiles, but when I go to install them VersaWorks doesn't recognize them as a compatible file. Only file it wants to open ends with .rml (Roland Media File) Not sure if that helps you or not?

Which version of Versaworks do you have installed now. If you need help determining - let me know or go to help and about - it should be there. I will see if i can send it to you.

Irving, I tried that already. The only updates that come up as available when I open the program says it's for SolJetPro2....do I just use those?

Do an online update with roland - either from start menu or from @rolandnet in VW -perferences and you will get plenty more profiles to work with.
