Martin,
Check your printer settings. You might have ecosol max inks installed but I would bet that your printer says you have ecosol inks in it. You can find this in the system info area on the Versacamm.

Mr. Jackson
I have a SP-300V with the latest updates installed I am trying to import media profiles from oracal.com and when I use the media import function I get this note "This media file includes a profile that cannot be used with the ink type of the current printer setting." I have Roland ECO-SOL MAX inks installed I am using Versaworks software I also extracted the zipped file.
Any advise would be appreciated.
