laura - please go to Siser's webpage or contact them directly. They provide profiles for their media.

I understand what the issue is. I do not currently have profiles for any of the dual white setups. If you can give me a call I will work on converting the priofiles for you but I will need some of the printer info from your end in able to do this.

Hi Steve,

Thanks for the response.

We have a VersaCamm VS-540 and have the CMYK LcLm WHWH loaded in the printer. I have downloaded and tried all the profiles listed under the VS-540 (http://myversacamm.com/page/vs-series-downloads) with no luck importing.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Craig

Craig - what printer model and ink type (CMYK dual CMYK etc.) which profile are you trying to work with etc. we need more info to help

Having problems loading the profiles. Keep getting the error: "Cannot Import: This media contains inconsistent Data"

We have Eco Max ink and I doubled check that the printer was setup for Max ink.

Please help :-)
