Is it just me that get miswound rolls of media? Do the folks that cut down rolls not understand how it causes head strikes and media waste.

Don't go thinking your the only lucky one,just got 3, ten Yd rolls on tues.the shipping box was too small,ends are all smashed in and first foot junk.
