Can you guide me on what I am doing wrong. Every time I print long banners, the rollers roll off the media and it goes crooked. I also have to unroll ANY media from the roll or it willpull sideways. HELP!!!! Also, do you have any level 2 classes?
I am trying to download sp profiles- I meet Mark Furdero at the ISS show and he suggested I go to this site for the profiles. When I go to download it takes me to a page with numerous configuration. any suggestion. I use coreldraw. When I have a vector object with numerous parts I ungroup allnext select all then go to icon Create Boundry click on it and it gives me a perfect cut line
Can you send me the settingf fro run the magnets through the versacamm. I tried the 12 mil and increased the force to 200 using a matt calneder profile and also slowing down the speed. i didn't change the head height. when i tried, i noticed that the wheels holing the media in was creating a little buckeling of the media so i canceled the job

Hey Steven, its been a while since I talked to you. We have been using the secret site you gave me at the training in Nov. for all our quoting. But now it is gone.Did they take it offline or is there another place to find it?I hope all is well with you and Jen.If you see Irv(aka Jet) tell him I said Hey. Talk to you soon.
Hey Steven! I just tried to use that fabulous calculator you told us about in the versacamm class as Sea Glass last July and I got a page error -- "might have been removed, had its name changed, or temporarily unavailable" (this is the spiffy kittay calculator). Has it been moved up to the imprintables site? If so, I wasn't able to find it. I use this calculator ALL the time for figuring out my costs as well as for quoting. Its a fabulous tool.
none to all. I am going to do all of the investing on all equipment next month. What do you suggest that I start out with? Is ther a thread that I can review for sign "making for dummies" lol.......
I have a versacamm sp-540i and have started printing canvas with it
My problem is that when i print black and white pictures they always come out with a redish tint although they look fine on the computer screen, i am using Signlab software
Thanks Steven, i do have a question. I have a image that is already a vector. But I want to create a aditional vector path around it. Im using illustrator....any help would be great.
