Hi Steve,... Have a question with Versacamm... I am getting mixed results with importing designs... I remember you saying something about some purchased art is "locked" .. can you please get ahold of me... Sales@DirtySqueegee.com
I have researched myversacamm.com, read the owners manual of our VS-540, and found nothing about how to lock the print head. We are moving our business to Brenham, TX this week. A drive of about 500 miles. The printer/cutter will be in a Penske truck for about 24 - 30 hours. What would you recommend we do in moving it? I’ve found the blue locking plate but cannot determine where to put it to lock the head. Also, should I do anything about the ink lines or remove the cartridges??
I'm guessing this is some sort of spam or phishing expedition. Just an FYI . . .

Thanks from Cheryl I've been doing apparel decoration and dye sub for ages now. I've just invested in a Roland BN20. I've always found forums to be the best place to get and give real help and ideas.Looking forward to meeting some of you.
Thank you so much for allowing me to join, I run an embroidery business, I recently added dye sublimation, a vinyl cutter and heat press a few weeks ago and now and I have just purchased my first print and cut roland machine (BN-20) and Im really looking to learn anything I can, I already have several orders which I need to use the Roland for and I have not even advertised it yet so a little overwhelmed as I have only made 1 single sticker with it so far LOL
Well, I must say, It's been quite sometime since we could print a 10, 12, even a 2 by 4 banner without having that banding issue! Currently printing a 4 by 10 full bleed with primarily black ink and it's as good as new. Cheers!
