I just wanted to give a shot out to Phil and Mike over at Imprintables for helping me re-establish my Versacamm connection. Before I spoke with them I spent about 5 hours on the phone with a computer tech support service that was fixing a virus. Once I had thee virus removed from the computer the guys at Imprintables got me right back into printing. They even have a feature that allows them to remotley access your computer, so you can just sit back and let them check things out.

Yep...happened to me once too Eric...........minus the virus part

Got disconnected somehow and for the life of me, couldn't reconnect, no matter what I tried.

Spent hours upon hours saying a lot of 'bad' words.

Called Phil and I was up and running with that remote access in seconds

Phil's da' bomb, the greatest!
