Print head not firing

I just read last night somewhere in the forum about how to get a print head to start printing. I have had issues w/ Magenta for awhile now. I have all new dampers and guess I am going to have to bite the bullet and buy a new printhead. The 1K makes me feel yuck. After multiple cleaning, powerful cleaning etc, I do get it to work but it is alot of stress. I have used the machine just two days ago w/ no problems and today it doesn't want to print magenta. Please tell me where the post is that states how to unclog, I am beating the added heat this summer and an old print head that this is causing issues.
