HI

I am trying to power clip a photo into an outline for a wall graphic.  It goes in but it's like the picture has dropped down the picture is not in the outline where I have the outline. Any help would be very welcome.

Thanks

April

lol................not sure how much I 'really' know, but thanks for the vote of confidence, girl

You'll get there. One step at a time.

Look! You already know something that you didn't know an hour ago.

If you just add one more thing a day...........imaginee how far you'll come in a year!

I've been using Corel for years, every day, all day long, and still regularly discover things I never knew before.

Part of the charm of the software.

It's so vast and always so many ways to get the job done.

It's all good

April, it's Diane again.

In addition to the 'center' powerclip instructions I just gave you...........in the future, more people will see your posts if you use the forum section instead of blogs.

Not all members check the blog section

April, it also depends on which version of Corel you are using.

Some versions (older versions), by default auto-centered powerclips. Most users didn't like that, so Corel changed the default.

In either event, like most things in Corel, you can customize the option to fit your needs.

Go up to Tools/Options/Workspace/Edit

There you can choose if you want Powerclips to be cenetred by default or not.

Save settings as default

Alternatively, you can right click on the powerclip and Edit

April - Steve did a wonderful video (using his words) demonstrating the procedure in our video area. the handsome guy he is clipping is me. I think just about every class gets to use this for practice.
