I have a client who wants tiny letters cut to put on a 2" pocker chip. What is the best way to do this? I have bought regular white permanet vinyl to cut it out of but when I tried cutting it all that it did was cut and pull up the letters.... HELP

...just the one pocker chip or the whole casino's pocker chips?
this is simply impossible with standard vinyl, even with a new 60 degree blade. I have done letters on glass about .5 of an inch cap. and I regret taking that job. the weeding makes you cross eyed, and the vinyl has too little surface area for the adhesive to take, but you are right, the knife will pull up the letters. You need thin cast vinyl, 60 degree blade, run slower with only a little heat...and a whole afternoon. My thought is that the adhesive will not stick to plastic as well as it sticks to glass.

Stephanie,
The lettering may be too small. You can go down to 1/4" but I do not recommend lettering under 1/2" high.
