A Digital Printing Network

Spent the day cutting eco film to put on 24 jerseys and shirts. The backs of the jerseys get a name and 7" number. The fronts get a left chest logo and a center chest 4" number. Then the shorts get a smaller number. Need to learn how to nest jobs using the Ioline software...

Expect tomorrow's post to be titled "print, print, print" So glad I don't have to mask this stuff!

Hvae you tried Cadworx Live ? I have done a few teams there and exported as a plot. Very little waste. Sometimes I have to cut names and numbers separate but it saves material.

Thanks Irv, yes that's what I was doing yesterday...

Today will be print, print, print. Boy, I sure do wish I had a press like Jen and Steven! I have a regular drawer press and no upper body strength. By this afternoon I'll need either a masseuse or a chiropractor ~ lol!

Vicki I use the ioline 300 and have not learned a way to nest. It will duplicate horizontally and vertically but 1 image. It is more on the order of CutStudio. I was told you have to nest in say Corel then export and bring that in. I usually do it as a PLT file. Hopes this helps some.
