Customer questions
Hi all! I was wondering what people tell there customers when the customer ask about the durability of our product, compared to screen printing. I am mostly asking about shirts. I use mainly vivid print. I have had some fading issues with red and blues.

You will get a better response from this if you post in the forum section. The blog area is intended not for questions but more of sharing of stories etc.
To answer your question though, I have successfully wash tested and worn garments over 50 times without significant fading etc. Red and blue could be fading due to not having set properly in the media - they are usually heavy ink saturation colors and this could be causing the issue you have.
