Picture prints lighter color on banner

There could be a possibility that the quality has changed when you print off larger images in different file formats... It seems that eps files can be a lot safer than using png even though its still a high quality original file. Colors may have been lost during the conversion process or in the saving process. Check the original and current file size to see if there were any alterations that could have been made. Try to maintain and save in an eps format.... ALSO try and check to see if you have changed the settings in eps export window for any changes in color from CMYK-RGB.

A little explanation of what we're looking at might be helpful, Mike

Did you print both of those images?
At the same time?

Is one image the one you printed? And the other one a picture that was supplied to you?

After that we'd also like to know what media, what profile and what color management settings you're using?
I doubt anyone will be able to give you any useful information unless you help us out a little by supplying all the details

Are you saying the color on your monitor doesn't match the output from your machine???????
