Cutting Duralar material for stensils?

Thanks for reply, Irving, I just ran some tests... I applied application tape to the material and then bumped up cutting force to up to 200. It worked perfectly and the stencil by the way was very detailed, from circuit board. Yay!

If I understand the edge detection feature correctly (and I may not, so correct me if I'm wrong), if you turn it off you'll also want to be sure your base point and media width settings are correct, otherwise things could get messy.

I am not familiar with your material but you cannot contour cut material without a backing on your VC.  You can sheet cut, however. So if you understand that, and that does not work for you - you can mask your material - (giving it a carrier)…
