Direct is the best. you can even get a short one, and get a high quality connector and connect it to your CAT5e or CAT6 cable(ethernet) that goes to your computer."

I was reading somewhere last night that it is not good to put solvent based lams over eco solvent ink, they suggested a water based product such as clear sheild, any opinions would be greatly appreciated . John Miller replied to matt hammond's discussion vehicle graphics and laminating"A good rule is to match cal with cal and cast with cast. Actually, putting cast laminate over calendered vinyl helps it from shrinking. That way you only need to stock 1 laminate and 2 vinyls.

You can use calendered CUT VINYL on vehicles no problems but the calendered digital vinyls shrink way too much and will show a nasty dirt line within a month or so of application around the graphic.
