Hi all,I am attempting to print t-shirt transfers.roland SP-300Colorip 2.1Siser Evolution Transfer MaterialThe colors are  not coming out anywhere near what is displayed on the screen. Everything has a brown tint. Colorip 2.2 Cutting off my letters

I just purchased a used SP-300. It came with a program called Colorip. I figured out most of it but am stumped at one thing. When trying to cut vinyl it keeps cutting off the last letter and cutting a line through the first one. I have loaded a 24" roll of black vinyl. In set up it shows the size of the letters is 21.4. on the printer the width of the vinyl is 23.2. That seems like it should fit fine, but it keeps cutting off the end of the last letter. I just purchased a used SP-300. When they ran it for me it appeared to be working just fine. When I got it to my. shop and fired it up it made one good print, but was set to draft. I changed the setting to high quality and tried the same print and that is when the
