Versacamm Issues

Posted on November 28, 2009 at 11:17am 5 Comments

Greetings all and I will check with Roland next week, but in the meantime....... Have anyone had issues with jobs being dropped after partial printing. I have used 3 different systems all resulting in the same thing - jobs partial printing at various points. I have used different size files and types of jobs and media all with the same results. I am running the latest firmware and versaworks versions. I have restarted the machines to include mainpower switch. I have also went from wireless to… Continue

Thanks Irving .I really appreciate your courtesy . I am a VersaCamm owner  and since the first day I received it started having problems trying to make it run . It was like 4 years ago  when there wasn't much technical information on the net and Roland doesn't help to much unless you have to pay big bucks But now things seems to be different and more promising regarding servicing your own machine

Thank you

Marco

Hi Irving... the only time I've had print jobs quit before completion was when my laptop was set up for auto updates and would restart to activate the updates.  Once I figured out what was happening, I changed my computer's settings for updates to be manually initiated, not automatically updated.  I haven't read the others' posts, so maybe somebody has already stated this.
