I have done some checking and by 'brand name' of the stretcher boards, the local paint/craft store sells the exact same stretcher boards as a couple webstores and Dick BLick Art Supplies...so the 'interlocking' stretcher strips…

This is artwork provided by the customer and they are very very picky on the coloring. I will give this a try and see what happens. Even tried exporting as a jpg and then adding cut line. Didn't work.

wood for canvas prints

I have the canvas material to print w/ my SP 540. I would like to do some prints and mount them w/ the wood type of box mounts. How do I make these frames? How do you stretch the canvas so it is tight?
OR is there a place that sells the boards w/ the groves in them where you put the corner supports?

So i did what was posted about taking the magneta capping station off and blowing out the line. Some junk did come out of it.
Now I am all back together and my machine shows NO INK on any of the cartridges What is wrong now? I dislike this machine sometimes.
Need someone to get online and help me. No one working today, must be nice.

Print head not firing

I just read last night somewhere in the forum about how to get a print head to start printing. I have had issues w/ Magenta for awhile now. I have all new dampers and guess I am going to have to bite the bullet and buy a new printhead. The 1K makes me feel yuck. After multiple cleaning, powerful cleaning etc, I do get it to work but it is alot of stress. I have used the machine just two days ago w/ no problems and today it doesn't want to print magenta.
