The seller gauranteed it was in perfect working condition when it left his place, I bought it on line from a fairly reputable seller. anyway I took off the covers to ensure there were no loose connections after being shipped to me. irving donaldson replied to chip's discussion service call 0110 ???"The machines ending in V are wire guided. The models after are belt driven. The wire loses tension over time and must be reset with a gauge. The symptoms you are mentioning are all indicators of loose wire tension."
