Below are the application instructions. It can be applied on top of heat transfer vinyl on a garment if that is what you mean?

APPLICATION with MASK
1 ) PRINT DESIGN ~ After printing and cutting, remove
image from backing using a mask.
2 ) PREHEAT GARMENT~ Preheat garment at a
temperature of 330º F for 4 seconds to remove moisture
and wrinkles.
3) PLACEMENT ~ Place SPECTRA™ Printable Metallic
where application is desired.
4 ) HEAT APPLY ~ Apply SPECTRA™ Printable Metallic
for 2 seconds at a temperature of 330º F using MEDIUM
pressure. PEEL HOT!
5) REAPPLY ~ Cover with teflon sheet and reapply for 13
seconds at a temperature of 330 º F using MEDIUM
pressure.
6) Remove teflon sheet and let garment/decoration cool!

APPLICATION without MASK
1 ) PRINT DESIGN ~ After printing and cutting, remove
image from backing using a mask.
2 ) PREHEAT GARMENT~ Preheat garment at a
temperature of 330º F for 4 seconds to remove moisture
and wrinkles.
3) PLACEMENT ~ Place SPECTRA™ Printable Metallic
where application is desired.
4 ) HEAT APPLY ~ Cover with teflon sheet and apply
SPECTRA™ Printable Metallic for 15 seconds at a
temperature of 330º F using MEDIUM pressure.
5) Remove teflon sheet and let garment/decoration cool!
