What I did notice is the black and cyan test strips are slightly separated from the magenta and yellow strips (the four strips should be aligned together?) Is this a calibration issue that can be performed in a menu selection setting or is this a physical alignment task? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.See More

The Roland one - is heavy-duty and plugs into the rear of your VC.
The Supply 55 - is medium duty and works fine with the VC.
The difference - Roland over 2K - S55 about 700.…"
