"SP540 means you have only two heads, your black n cyan share; and magenta n yellow. Your picture is bad, but other than than 1 block nozzle ur test print is fine. You will have to point out the problem in the print. Just check your calibration and…"

"The vertical of the swatches are the issue. The Black and cyan are aligned next to each other as are the magenta and yellow. The space is between the two pairs is (roughly 1/16"). "

Test Print/Head Alignment??

I've noticed our most recent prints appear to be out of register. When performing a test print the CMYK strips are all firing full color. What I did notice is the black and cyan test strips are slightly separated from the magenta and yellow strips (the four strips should be aligned together?) Is this a calibration issue that can be performed in a menu selection setting or is this a physical alignment task? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.See More
