"Its the main board. The ONLY other option(s) is that your que is so full in VW that you've used up all the memory in the computer and there is no more room for it to RIP files. OR you've stepped on, run over, bent, kinked, etc the patch…"

"the pink is the cut LINE color. You're using it to fill the entire area you want cut. It needs to be just a stroke color around that shape."

  • Are you a Roland Tech? I am not a dealer Roland Tech but want to work my way up to become one. I have done resolved many print issues for customers or parts replacement but I do not have support or someone to ask (no second opinion) when I am working onsite so I wonder do you give once in a awhile tele-support for people like me in Canada. So far I relied on service manual, forum, videos lol. Thanks

Yes. I tried different profiles. I use generic vinyl 1 on my BN-20 and its great but no profile seems to help on the vs540. I just purchased the machine and I'm trying to dial it in.
