"A few things. That nozzle check looks far from a new head. You can forget trying to align that head if thats the actual nozzle check. If I walked into your shop and you showed me that nozzle check, I'd tell you that you need a new head."

  • Are you a Roland Tech? I am not a dealer Roland Tech but want to work my way up to become one. I have done resolved many print issues for customers or parts replacement but I do not have support or someone to ask (no second opinion) when I am working onsite so I wonder do you give once in a awhile tele-support for people like me in Canada. So far I relied on service manual, forum, videos lol. Thanks

Yes. I tried different profiles. I use generic vinyl 1 on my BN-20 and its great but no profile seems to help on the vs540. I just purchased the machine and I'm trying to dial it in.
