Versaworks Slow to load and freezes during loading any way to clear job queue without starting versaworks?

Odd problem.

Just got a new laptop with Windows 7...everything up and running just fine with the printer, but when I go to adjust the queue settings, (I like to have queue b set up as a "cut only" queue)  everything is fine except that when I go to select "ok" to save my settings, the "ok" button is hidden below the windows toolbar at the bottom.   The toolbar is not locked, and I can't resize the window.   Am I missing somethign with how WIndows 7 works???? "make sure your vacuum power is on high and if your model supports it, raise the head height to high. I usually see this on banner medias. You will also want to check the media after the printer has warmed up a bit as it tends to have the media…"
