Over spray

Started getting cyan over spray around prints. Did a manual cleaning of printer did not help also cleaned encoder strip no change. Did a nozzle check and it shows bad drop out on cyan head, I wish I did nozzle check before I manually cleaned but I didn't. Thinking I might have damaged head while cleaning. I also changed cap top no change. I have attached pictures of the over spray and nozzle print. Any ideas?See More

Print Cut

Cutting decals with my VP540 that I have made thousands of. All of a sudden today they are cutting so inconsistent, one page will cut perfectly then one is way off then perfect for one or two then off for one or two. Cutting multiple copies of the same print. Can't figure why one is good the next bad.See More

Quoting a job for hockey dasher board signs and wondering what is the best product to use. Obviously the sign will take  major abuse from pucks and players and be installed in a cold enviroment. Does anyone know what media is used for this type of sign.
