"Don't forget to NOT center the design in the media - it will throw everything off if you have adjusted the pinch rollers at all.  BTW - I think I may still have the record on wasting vinyl from things like this so…"

"Sure, I do it all the time Ted.   Just to add to what Butch said, DO NOT click on 'get media width' when you go back to the original print file. Proceed with the width Versaworks has kept in memory. Even if the rollers and clamps are…"

"That works if I have not changed any settings, but if I have ran another job and had to reset the pinch rollers before I refeed after laminating  (i.e. the media width has been changed) it will read the crop marks but the cut is off. "

"If you set up your job for print laminate cut, then all you have to do is reload media  pick the job from the queue and continue. Make sure to adjust blade pressure for correct cut. "
