Colors drive me crazy

Posted on October 13, 2011 at 5:30am 2 Comments

Good Morning,  I'm having trouble with my color profiles when printing certain files.  I have customer supplied artwork that prints out in different shades when exported as an eps and printed off on our vp 300i.  Although when I save it as a JPEG and print it, the colors are correct but I cannot get the grainy backdrop not to print.  The background is white but it seems to try to print white and it makes the background look cloudy.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
