Use a paper towel remove any standing ink,pour cleaning solution into it, repeat until it drains freely. Order new captop. Clogged captops causes cross contamination of ink in turn causing off color…"

My magenta is not printing properly. It leaves big drops at the beginning then doesnt print. My blue images are coming out green. When I print yellow, I get an inch or so of faded orange first. I already cleaned everything. When I do a test print, there are a few flaws but it looks normal. The cap is very wet on the magenta/yellow side and looks normal on the blue black side. I uploaded some photos. You can see the heavy drops in the test. And the yellow should not have that orange…See More
