I had to completely reinstall VersaWorks yesterday because after it did the update, it froze, and wouldn't operate correctly, got an error about English being only language, and even after trying to "repair" it off disc it still wouldn't open and constantly wants to look online for Windows to find a fix. SO I deleted it and reinstalled it. I got VersaWorks Reloaded I reloaded some of my popular media profiles I got it to talk to the printer, it sees it as SP-540i and says "Ready to…See More

I did the magnets on my VP540 - I used 15mil material, I believe you can go up to 20mil. For the contour cuts - I entered the cut menu and did custom - I slowed the speed to 5 cut twice and used a heavy blade pressure.It works every time and have not had any machine issues.
