the customer did this, some how in photoshop. took a b/w photo, converted it to color, then added blue in the water. Is this possible to print a real "greyscale" b/w AND have the blue print blue? or is this impossible? I have no problem…

Also, in addition to what Irv suggested, when you say "they converted to b/w", I'm assuming you meant greyscale, right? How did they do the conversion? Changing from full color to greyscale or using desaturate are likely…

Which color palette are you using? Roland offers a document for what you are trying to do - check the download here or on their site.

I think the main difference between the two is the Seramark feels almost just like a regular vinyl and is pretty thing, while Phototex is textured and has a "fabric"-y feel to it and is a little bit thicker. I've worked with both, and…

Not sure the issue - but I believe when the v series came out - the standard was usb 1.1 now we are in version 2.0 and think the next is knocking at the door.  2.0 cables and ports are backwards compatible so I would try a 2.0 cable and see.…
