Colors changed in mid-printing issue

Last Friday I was printing a file. It came out perfectly. The client approved the print and i returned to the shop to begin production. I ran the first batch of the reverse prints on clear and all seemed okay. As I was finishing the second group of prints on the white Orajet 3651 vinyl, I noticed the colors were completely wrong. I went back and printed the original file I had printed and got the same bad results.
