"now the file is known to be ok i can think of 2 posibles.   the head cutting data cable is posibly faulty giving uneven pressure data to the head. or the cutting strip is uneven and too much blade depth combined would give you that effect. you…"

"I also see nothing wrong with the file, actually saw that before Steve, but wanted to test the file first. Since he added his, I felt compelled to chime in - LOL - nothing in the manuals either. Testing real soon. Nice File, though."

"If you are using Versaworks make sure the the Enable Advanced Settings in Cut Controls is not over riding the machine settings. The default setting for this is unchecked."

"Hi Irv, I checked the file and there is only one cut line. I also printed and cut a different design and experienced the same problem.  The cutting strip is also in the groove.  What else can I try? Thanks, Danessa"
