I loaded my subscription on a new laptop. Upon opening new documents i notice i have no color pallets on right side strip. I went to my dockers, clicked on cmyk, rgb, roland and the rows show up but no colors show..  I ran a corel draw repair, It was working ok earlier. Unsure if I did some thing. Hi Fellow cammers.,Looking for assistance. My sp300v still runs like a champ with loving care. My laptop not so well. It finally died so I purchased a new one. Unfortunately I cant find my veraworks disk and I see Roland does not support download for it any more. Any help would be appreciated. I'm unsure what version it was, i believe firmware is 7. something.. The old laptop was windows 10 pro and was working great until it said no more. unsure if it was in an xp mode. Its been years.. Good afternoon. I was having print issues due to bad damper last week. It was suggested I had also a head going bad. Today I installed new  blk/cyan head and  dampers. Did the thermistor check, head alignment, head info clear, cap height adjustment, did the fill process. installed new head info. Thinking all good. Did test print from printer and looked great. My versacamm sp300v has decided to have an attitude today. After normal start up my first print looks terrible. No Blues. I run a test print #1 and see black in blue test strip. I run a heavy clean and get test print #2.  I immediately add a job to queue  and run it and blues are gone within a minute with black? ink everywhere. Replaced cap tops, dampers, sponges, wipers and scraper 2 weeks ago during maintenance. It has been printing nice up to today. Any help on what to do next.......   MikeSee More
