DO NOT do anymore powerful cleans until you have replaced the captop as you will just be wasting ink until then."

If it is not sealing properly ink cannot be pulled into the head. Powerful cleans do little more than waste ink,try medium cleans…"

I'm having problems with my printer. I changed the (top) sponge (was completely soaked) and now it isn't printing. I can faintly see the blue & black lines. I did 2 powerful cleaning...still no change. What can I try next? (It has been plugged in and should have been running it's daily cleaning) It wasn't printing black at 100% just before that (maybe at 60%) and I had just changed inks CY & MG during that last long run.
