Good Day,
How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:( mrsstellakwale588@gmail.com) ) for the full details.
With that said, you talked to cleaning the encoder strip - not my first instinct. On your machine a v model - it runs left to right on a cable. Did the techs check the cable tension? If the cuts are off left to right the tension and then the hours on the scan motor. If the cuts are off up to down, then you have to check the feed motor. Your machine should be approaching an age issue with its motors. My thoughts.
