"A VS is still worth the effort to invest in a tech. Most times it is the least costly of trying to learn by doing. I always recommend taking good notes if a tech services your machine."

"We do not teach the tech level steps as an agreement with Roland. Without knowing your ink setup or seeing a test print, no way to tell you which damper. Just look for the damper which is leaking the colors. However, with a VS head if you do not…"

"Check your cables - it does not look like block printing - which is cable misalignment.  Not sure how you did your head soak, but somehow you would have blown a damper"

"It doesn't seem to happen on a test print. But when I Print normally, The ink seems to be almost pouring from the head.  There are large drops on the head while printing"

"Hi Irving. No . Not that I am aware of. I was very careful and the fluid was nowhere near anything sensitive. I did 2 print runs after the head soak with no problems. This occurred on the 3rd run"
