"Try ccvp instead of generic vinyl. It sounds like the media is getting too saturated with ink. You may have to allow it to dry more before cutting as well. Make sure your heater settings are at the default for the profile and not on printer settings"

"I prefer a 20 mil magnet as it has better holding power and is still not too expensive. Imprintables sells a good quality magnetic media."
