Printer Stopped Printing at End of Banner

White spots on banners

Irv can you please send me the info on how to get rid of the white spots when I print banners. Ive used alcohol and water to wipe the banner off thinking that would help but it did not. I read on myversacmn that somebody else was haveing the same problem and was hoping you could send me the same document or information you sent him to fix the problem.

Contour Cut

Trying to print and cut magnets. When I put the cutline around the magnet in Corel everything looks good. However, when the printer cuts it, it is not cutting on the edge of the magnet where it is suppose to. The cut line is shifted to the left appoximately 1/8 " thus not cutting a perfect shape of the magnet. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
