"Joe - make sure the captop is seating properly on your machine - the old SP300V had a more manual adjustment than the others on this and if it is not seated properly, you will get improper suction and it can cross contaminate as well."

"I would say you have a leak in the line. This allows the ink to be drawn back up the line like a vacumn effect in a pressurized environment."

Hi guys, Im having a huge issue with cross contamination where my magenta is going into my yellow damper back in to the ink line. This will happen from only 1-2 days of sitting idle. I tried replacing my captop, but that did fix the issue. I end up spending so much time pulling the magenta ink out and the yellow ink back into tje damper. Any ideas?See More

"depends on which way you look at the head I suppose.... It is split down the middle the long way with colors being separated left and right when you look at the machine."

"Joe - the pump is sealed so trying to open it up would destroy it. You can test the output of it by watching for flow into the drain bottle when it runs to see if there is anything coming through. If it seems like the pump is the issue, you can…"

Joseph, so do you like the R wear software? Could i use it w/ my SP 540 or even my Vinyl Express cutter. Both I can control downforce on them. I really want to get some software for rhinestones. I have contacted a few people to get templates w/stones done for me and they want an arm and a leg.
