Joe,
I am working on more videos but have a lot thta I am juggling right now. The best way is to post specific questions with the file you are working with and a picture to show what is going on. There are many of us on the network that will see what we can do to help. With the sp300 there is a wire that brings the cutting head back and forth while the media goes backwards and forwards. This wire can get loose and will drastically affect your cutting accuracy. Make sure when the tech is out that they perform a wire tension check and a cutting calibration run.

I hope this helps!

Joe,
That is quite a few missing areas on the test print. The picture is very blurry so I can only see that there is a band of missing prints. I would definitely get a tech out to service it and if it was certified, it might be covered under that. I would have them check it first though.
