It sounds as if your limits are off. Did your machine get a hit (you do not have to answer - most wont especially if under warranty) A hit idle or will printing can cause the machine to lose it positioning. so it slams into the left, right or both. It is a user correctible item. The PDF maybe in our download section if not check www.rolanddga.com for a document called setting the limits on the versacamm. You have to punch in key sequence on the menu and I cannot remember for the life of me.
