I found out a little more on this subject from the client.  He just built this kiosk in the mall and some of the stainless steel it is putting the decals on is brand new.  He told me the new stainless steel has an oil (possibly part of the…

I don't have the samples anymore to see if it was screenprinted or digitally printed but they said the clear material itself turned brown.

What discolored-the static or the imprint? I have static cling here in clear and white some of it over 10 years old-and no discoloration or even fogging of the clear. If the imprint turned brown-was it screenprinted or digital printed? makes a…

Static cling on stainless turning brown

I had someone bring me some graphics printed on a clear static cling material still on the paper.  There was nothing on the backside of the paper to tell me the manufacturer.  I did not see the decals that had been on the stainless steel that had turned brown so don't know to what degree of discoloration there was.  Has anyone heard of a particular brand that does this or seen this happen to clear decal material?See More

I love, love, love Roland's Solvent glossy paper It's not really glossy like photo paper you buy for inkjets. It's got a really nice finish and I think might be perfect for your cards   I printed huge wall calendars and a bunch…

I tried this today on a design for shirts.  I ran two pages to see how it did before running the whole job.  I ended up with about 3" of wasted unprinted material between pages.  Is this typical or is there a way to reduce the…
