Mistake found after customer proof sign-off...what to do?

Posted on December 5, 2010 at 11:09am 11 Comments

I can't believe this! I had sent off a file for approval by the customer. This is the calendar job that I had been discussing earlier. Feeling like a real rookine here. Need some advice. This job was complicated to say the least, and I spent a lot of hours in front of the computer screen. After about the 42nd print I noticed a typo. What would you guys do with this??? In distress :-(

I am looking to start doing short runs on T's for some of the customers I currently have. New to this part of the business. Does anyone have some opinions on what to look for when purchasing?

I'm trying to get in contact with you.  I've got a VS420 in Florida, and I'm needing the services of someone with the 540.  Steve says you may be able to help me out.  I can't message you, so I'm commenting on your wall.  'Friend' me, so I can send you a message with contact info and give you the details.  Thanks!!!
