Printing on reflective vinyl

My understanding of the eco-sol max is its a transparent ink. Given that fact has anyone printed on reflective white vinyl. ANd if so were you able to preserve the reflectivity of the vinyl?Continue

Hey folks....any suggestions on tiling. I have two large murals I am working on. Have nothing printed yet. Just getting to it now. Read about the tiling, but am not sure of what I am looking at. I have to create 2 panels for both jobs and I have to overlap to register the print correctly. Is Versaworks in the tiling dialogue idiot proof? For Installation I'm thinking I Print and Cut, then trim excess by hand, then install and finish trim to existing parameters. Would you do it that…See More

Simon Rose replied to Jim Ashby's discussion Printing on reflective vinyl"I print all the time on 3M 680C reflectives... the tranparency of the CMY colours allows the reflectivity of the media to still shine through, but the K is nearly opaque, so anywhere printed in black will not reflect anymore."

Mistake found after customer proof sign-off...what to do?

I can't believe this! I had sent off a file for approval by the customer. This is the calendar job that I had been discussing earlier. Feeling like a real rookine here. Need some advice. This job was complicated to say the least, and I spent a lot of hours in front of the computer screen. After about the 42nd print I noticed a typo. What would you guys do with this??? In distress :-(

I am looking to start doing short runs on T's for some of the customers I currently have. New to this part of the business. Does anyone have some opinions on what to look for when purchasing?
