I would start off by doing a head soak with cleaning solution and a new clean foam swab. simply soak the swab in the cleaning solution and then hold it against the head for at least a minute and then flip it over and do a different portion of the head the same way with the other side of the swab. Toss the swab after that and use a new one the same way until it is all cleaned. the cleaning solution will help dissolve the ink that is clogged. You can also fill the capping station with cleaning solution and let it sit on there to help dissolve anything.
