"I'm a Corel user, but when I have similar problems and don't need a cutline, I'll just export the image as a TIFF and open the TIFF in versaworks. If I need a cutline I'll turn the entire image into a raster except the…"
I own a hockey store... one of my vendors sent me a full color window graphic to be applied to the inside of the window. This graphic feels thick (multiples layers laminated together) and has a slight adhesive similar to that of reusable wall graphic material. The adhesive is much less tacky than typical removable printable calendared vinyl.Does anyone know what I am referring to? What this material is? and how I can create the same graphic using my SP-300V?See More
"I've been looking into this also... I was quite interested in TeamUniformOrders.com which seemed to fit what I needed quite well. After doing a personal webinar their salesman, Andrew Orourke, he was going to put together a sample website…"
"I haven't used the Arlon DPF 8000, my biggest concern is if it can be removed fairly easily without leaving any residue. If a customer returns a $250 stick and it gets rejected by the manufacturer because they see adhesive residue…"
"Selling hockey stick wraps, things to keep in mind:
- The stick will be bending, flexing, and going through serious temperature changes
- Any peeling of the edges would be terrible
- Todays composite sticks come with warranties,…"

I had this same problem with yellow, 100% yellow would have a red tint for the first 6 inches or so. This is what I think caused my issues:
1 - clogged captop - red ink was puddling in the captop so I guess…"
"I moved mine overseas and is now printing just fine, needs some fine tuning but that's because my lack of experience with the machine, so if you know what you're doing, moving the machines is not a big deal, but is a good thing that…"
"Thanks, Irv and Butch...luckily we only have to move it about 1/2 a mile if that far. Could almost roll it up the sidewalk except the sidewalks are crap around here. He has an old VW pickup truck we can put it in and tie it down. Probably be…"
"Roland on your move - if you are only moving up the street and can control the positioning of the machine - you will be fine with:
using the blue locking mechanism for the head
removing the ink waste bottle and putting the rubber cap over the…"
"I wish a tech had jumped in with more info about moving-I have to move ours in the next couple days just up the street-and figured I would only have to put the original 'cap' on the excess ink bottle, lock down the heads with the blue…"
I am in the same boat, I own all 3 and I can't learn them all at once. I did take Stevens class and it was awesome. I also took Deco Studios free class and paid for one with Smart Designer. I am still trying to figure them out. What have you found helpful in learning them?
SO WHAT I WOULD DO IS COPY AND PASTE THE IMAGE. TAKE THE COPY AND UNGROUP IT , ALSO DO A BREAKAPRT IF NEEDED. THEN WELD. THIS SHOULD CREATE ON BIG BLOB. PUT YOUR CONTOUR CUT AS THE STROKE AND NO FILL. SO IF YOU WANT NO SPACE YOU WOULD JUST ALINE IT. IF YOU WANT A SPACE CONTOUR THE BLOB AND THEN BREAK APRT. GIVE THAT YOUR CONTOUR STROKE AND YOU SHOULD HAVE CONTOUR CUT.
WE GOT INTO IT BECAUSE WE ARE A PLAY IT AGAIN SPORTS AND STAHLS WAS AT SHOW. WE GOT THE GX-24 AND NOW HAVE UPGRADED TO THE VP-300. SAME REASON WE WANTED TO DO MORE IN HOUSE. I JUST DO THIS FOR PLAY IT AGAIN. SO I REALLY ENJOY IT. WHICH PROGRAM ARE YOU USEING FOR GRAPHICS?
