I have been told but haven't tried it yet to use dryer sheets. Wipe the vinyl but also wipe where the vinyl slides on the printer.

This seemed to be happening to me. I was advised to turn the power off on the back for 30 seconds and then turn it back on and seems to resolve it.

Contour Cutting Problems with VP540I

I am having problems with the 540i completing a contour cut on a file it just had no issues with. The machine will start the cut and stop (not always at the same point) prior to completing it. The cutter head remains parked where it stopped cutting. I have same problem for several different files.GeraldSee More
