SP-300V IC Holder for ink supply system

I bought a "project" SP-300V that was not printing at all, and had a few other faults, fuse etc. I have got the printer printing perfectly now but it was not reading 3 out of 4 cartridges in the service menu.Having stripped down the ink cartridge slots, I found 3 out of 4 ink junction boards had most of the legs broken off and laying below the slots. Apart from this, there has been an lot of old ink/solvent spills and 3 out of 4 of the  Roland part 11659218 -00 HOLDER,I/C SC-500 are severely…See More

SP-3 missing ink levels

I cannot understand why my SP-300V is not reporting any ink at the top of this report, and reading some posts here, it may be the reason why the machine is not auto cleaning as often as it should as it thinks it is out of ink?The 13 auto cleans listed below, are from 20 October until 1st December, surely it should be more than this after 42 days? The printer LCD panel shows normal levels, and in the service menu all 4 original Roland Eco-Sol Max cartridges pass the IC check, and all 4 chips data…See More
