Can anyone recommend a good quality banner material that has a similar feel to the Roland LWB vinyl? What about something heavier, similar to Roland's Block Out Scrim Banner, but that comes in 30"…Continue

I see that the narrowest canvas Roland makes is a 30" roll. I need to vertical indoor banners that are either 12" or 15" wide. For those that have used this material, what would you suggest as the…Continue

I'm tired of working with Corel/Versacamm on my small laptop and am going to buy a new PC (with an enormous screen to help my old eyes!). Since Phil connected my PC to the Versacamm during the…Continue

if you are sewing banners, a 2 needle machine saves alot of time and a commercial machine handles heavy threads and nylon (plastic type) threads. We have used home machines but find them a little too slow for our needs. Rick
Thanks for the info on the CPSIA! The classes are every other month, I mis wrote. I will get that schedule up for you though. I am sure thta we can find a good list of kid friendly places for the little ones to go to while you are here. I currently have my niece and nephew out visiting for the week and we are exploring all of those places too!
The classes will be every month starting with the January class. I will try to have a schedule for at least the first half of the year soon. The class is designed for all ranges of users including those that have not gotten theirs yet. I usually have at least one shop that is in the process of getting one at the class. To be optimal, the class should be taken before you get the VersaCAMM, about 2 months after getting your VersaCAMM, and then 6 months to a year after that. This would allow for a user to really learn about it before they get the unit and then answer questions after they have it.
I am curious to hear what you get back about the CPSIA compliance. I had heard that everything is in compliance but would love to have something official for this forum to post up. Please let me know what you find out.
Let me know what questions you have and I will be glad to assist! BTW - very nice website!
Thanks,
~Steven
